Title: Sega Flash Demos-Saturn-UK-PAL

Hi,
Have completed my UK Saturn collection and feel the demo discs would look better in dvd cases with original art covers.
There were 7 Sega Flash demo discs released as well as the bootleg sampler, Saturn Power cover discs and various others.
Surprised I can't find any online as it gives the artist total freedom on creating a series of covers.

What did they come in?  Small jewel cases or maybe small cardboard sleeves?  If so, if would help if you could scan those.
