Title: Xbox 360 - Various Games

I'd like covers for some of my XBLA games if anyone's up for it.
Games:

Braid
Small Arms
Doom
Geometry Wars 2
Castle Crashers

I know there's no template for them but I thought I'd ask since there are some WiiWare covers and such.

How do you store them if they're on Xbox Live?

Put the cases on a shelf for appearances same as WiiWare.
