Hi there guys. Good to see the site still going strong. Had to reregister due to account being deleted.
Was hopeful that someone when possible can do DVD covers for the following games:

Resident Evil 2 ( PAL Retail )
Psychic Detective ( PAL Retail / Custom)
Zena (PAL or NTSC )
Die Hard Trilogy 1 & 2 ( PAL or NTSC )
Bust a Groove ( PAL or NTSC)
Hot Wheels Extreme Racing ( PAL or NTSC)
Kileak ( PAL or NTSC )
E.T the Extra-Terrestrial ( PAL or NTSC)
The Fifth Element ( PAL or NTSC)
Star Trek Invasion ( PAL or NTSC)
International Track and Field ( PAL or NTSC)
Formula 1 ( PAL or NTSC)
Krazy Ivan ( PAL or NTSC)
NFL Gameday ( PAL or NTSC)

I changed the following things on the cover.
-Corrected the players and memory need icon
-Changed the NTSC icon at the top spine to PAL one
- moved the two discs icon at the front of the cover a bit more to the left side.

I have the US versions of Die Hard Trilogy 1 and 2 if you need them.  The first one is already in my raw scan thread (link in signature).  Let me know if you need the second one.  I know that Sheep already scanned his, but I assume his is PAL.  Let me know if you want US.

Looks great, but that resi evil is using a slightly modified spine that fits in with ntsc ps2 releases.  I use a spine that fits along side PAL ps2 releases.

Which did you prefer or does it not bother you?

To be honest, I prefer the ntsc version. Not a fan of the white spine with plain text.

Nothing beats a shelf of PAL Style PS2 cases, Hnng that uniformity. PS1 rendition of that looks great too.

For me, I like seeing colour and being able to differentiate my ps1 in dvd covers to my ps2 games. :)
