Title: Request-SNES vertical cover for Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball (Scans Included)

I've been looking for a cover for this game a while now and I just noticed that Lashek added some raw scans for it the other day.  Thanks Lashek!

I needed this as well and used the scans to make one.  The front cover is a little too dark but it works.
