I have slowly been providing scans as I see requests for games I have and I thought I would compile them into one thread where it is easier to find (at least for me). Since I don't have a lot scanned yet I am going to list the games I have the original cover for each system and provide a link after it is scanned. I will not be scanning all of these as I know some, if not most, have been posted already. If you see something you need, just ask and I will scan within a few days.
As of right now this list is small and off the top of my head, but I will be going through my collection at a later date and adding everything.

Added Conduit 2 but it has a reflective layer so it didn't turn out that good, the front looks pretty good but the back is hard to read. I'll probably add the other 2 on Monday plus any more you might want.
