READ before posting. It will answer your questions.
Much like the wiki list of requests (while it still worked), only much slightly more organized!
Use your browser's search function (ctrl+f most likely) to find if a request has been posted.
Here's how it works. This sticky will have a list of all requests sorted by system, then prioritized by whether or not it is a request for a custom cover, then alphabetized by game. All custom cover requests are after a console's regular requests.
Please follow this standard when replying to this thread for requests so admins can add your requests easily:

*If there are any covers for the game you are requesting, link to the game so would-be cover makers/scanners can see if a request has been silently filled. In the event someone does notice this happening, a simple reply saying so would let an admin know to delete that cover from the requests list.
1A link to a thread or post where you explain what you want in the custom cover is required for custom covers beyond a CD to DVD conversion or the like.
2Use these country abbreviations (http://www.crayne.com/country.html) please. If you have absolutely no care for what region the cover is from, omit this part.
3Link to the raw scan if you have uploaded any. In the case of raws that are more than one scan, link to the front scan.
If your request isn't on here, or if someone else requested a cover you requested as well, or in the likely chances that I messed something up, feel welcome to add a reply. After I change the post(s) to reflect a request your post will be deleted so requests don't get buried. If a request is filled I will PM the users who are listed to have requested a game letting them know a request has been filled. (If it is pointed out to me the request is filled)

It would make my life so much easier if you guys would keep to the standard. I guarantee you I'll add your games to the sticky as soon as I see your post provided you followed the standard. Otherwise I have to do it which takes forever. It wouldn't hurt to alphabetize the games yourself too. Thanks sheep2001 for being close enough for me not to care too much.

Although I guess I wasn't motivated when I first saw your post, I added your requests to the sticky in like three minutes. Hey everybody, you can repost your requests in the proper format and it will speed up how long it takes for your requests to get added! Try it, I dare you. Format your post properly and see how much quicker I add it.

Hmm... putting the text into a auto-translator doesn't output anything that can be then converted into american english? I figure an auto-translator will give you some malformed sentences but with some editing it might work.
Or, how about using some hyperbole from some american reviews of the game?

Was Mario USA released on the Disc System? FYI, finding scans for Famicom or Disc System games is almost impossible. So if you have boxes to scan then by all means scan them.

Does it? I'm wondering if it might be your hardware/software that gives it a red tint. I printed out my GBA Sword of Mana cover from this site not long ago and it doesn't appear red to me at all. In fact, it's got a blue tint.

It has a red-ish / pink-ish tint to it on both my MacBook and Vista Laptop. I've printed it off of both and get that. Meanwhile a google search for it gives me a cover with a pure white background.
I don't have photoshop, but I give paint.net a shot.

That does look incredible. I love when the cover art overflows the saturn template and goes under the Saturn logo. It really gives your works a unique touch.

My real hope is that this cover is on a new template designed by vt102, grumbleduke, or any of the other god-like artist that live here. I have yet to see a good JP template that looks similar to the original JP packaging. There is MookyJooky's template, but I am looking for something that will fit with my NTSC and PAL covers. I'm not that great with the GIMP, but I will try and whip something up to hopefully sell you on it.
This all of course is only to supplement my own organizational vanity. :D

vt102, you should be pleased with these scans. I found the error in my scanning procedure so these are much better than the NGAGE scans.

Well, I don't thinked about the size of the scanner... that's a problem.
Well, about making the box, I gonna use cardboard and plot the scan in an adesive paper to glue that on the cardboard, and then mount the box...

The box art linked here is great - basically the Japanese one translated into English, but there are no ESRB markings. Whoever made that seems to have typed out a whole new rear for the case without even making room for the full ESRB information.

I don't think they retyped anything. The front is from the Japanese version and back is from the Great Britain version of the cover. It was slightly changed so it would fit the NTSC-U (American) PS2 style.

I could easily see putting the T marking on the front, but given the situation it'd be pretty tricky getting the full descriptor on the back.

I only have one request, but I am not 100% sure what the difference between Custom and RAW is... if I was to guess Custom would be "custom" made and RAW would be the original cover scan.
I am looking for the actual retail scan of the original NTSC (US) cover, but if that can't be found I'll take whatever looks good.

I've been looking for this one for a while as it's the only generic case on my shelf and it really bothers me. I didn't claim RAWs because I don't have the entire scan, but I do have a scan of the PAL front and a low resolution of the NTSC back.
