The cover is there, the link is just outdated.
But the link actually can be made working again.
Right click on the link and choose copy link's address and post it to the address line of your browser.
You should get http://www.mediafire.com/view/?qnv80rwj5hcqe5m#b

See the ? in the non-working link.
Remove it and you'll get http://www.mediafire.com/view/qnv80rwj5hcqe5m#b
This link now works.
