Title: Will someone help me with this Custom Okami cover?

I want to use this as my Okami cover, but it needs to be flattened out like the ones on this site, so that i can print it up, cut it out, then put it in the PS2 dvd case. Here is the cover that i want: http://www.vgboxart.com/view/6050/okami/?replies=5

It looks like a combination of the retail back and the custom capcom front. I doubt it's high resolution, and IMANDIX (the software used to make the 3D preview) shrinks the picture anyway. So even if you could flatten it, it would be so small it wouldn't be worthwhile.
