I think the Wii U covers would look sweet in the blue (not PS3) Blu Ray cases, especially since they are on bluray-ish discs.
-
They come in blue DVD cases.

I know. What I am saying is to put them in bluray cases. I think it would look better. Resizing to Blu Ray dimensions. For the ones that are also on PS3, maybe the PS3 cover can be a start.
-
Then the manuals/pamphlets wouldn't fit. :p

The color of the Blu Ray cases doesn't match up with the color of the Wii U case or artwork. So not only would you be resizing all the Wii U artwork but you would be changing the color of the Wii U banner on the artwork. Plus as AO007 said the manuals wouldn't fit, even though most modern games barely have a manual anyway :D. Since all of the new games come in a standard spine and case style (minus the original PS3 spine vs. the new PS3 spine), I think that it would be too much work to change over the Wii U artwork to Blu Ray dimensions while losing the ability to store the manuals inside.

Has Nintendo been a culprit of the 1 page "manuals"? Lol, I've seen a video of a guy unboxing 6 wii u games and they all seemed to have full manuals. I think nintendo has probably been the only ones still giving full manuals for their games...(at least from what I've seen/have...someone correct me if i'm wrong)

I wasn't referring to Nintendo's first party games directly about the manual statement, yes they are pretty much the opposite of this small/digital manual trend that companies like Ubisoft and Activision some to be following. My Assassin's Creed 3 for the Wii U came with an 8 page manual with two of them being blank, no artwork on the inside or anything worthwhile. I miss the days of having character bios and artwork in manuals, now it is only a brief overview of the controls and warranty information.

Why can't more companies pull an Elder Scrolls and include a map.
