Title: Looking for "Imagic" template Grumbleduke created

Does anyone have the template for the Intellivision/Atari/Coleco Imagic covers? I believe Grumbleduke created it and it was awesome. I need it for a few Imagic covers I want to create, so any help is appreciated.
