Title: Template for Snes Labels

Hey guys!

I used to have a template for snes cart labels. Really damaged labels I like to make a custom new artwork label just to pretty up the collection. Anyways so I found out today that I had mistakenly deleted the template, now I have no idea where I got it from in the first place lol. I checked around online but I think the problem is the link I had it from was megauploads...... Any help would be great appreciated ^_^y
