This might be a bit of a long shot but Im hoping someone might have some of these manuals and could scan them for me. It would be very much appreciated.

Master System:
- Power Strike 2

Game Gear
- Power Strike 2
- Sonic Blast

I think you might be able to rip the Sonic Drift manual from Sonic Gems Collection.

I actually found some scans for Sonic Drift 2 over at Sonic Retro.
