Title: Sega Saturn Independence Day request

I'd very much appreciate a cover for NTSC US style Sega Saturn Independence Day.  Even a scan of the manual would be good, I could make the rest.  Anything helps.  Thanks!

I'll get the back insert scanned in for you tomorrow as well, since I haven't gotten around to cracking open Saturn/Dreamcast jewel cases just yet to scan in back inserts across the board.
