Necrobump. 

I believe 1980coelho made a cover for this a long time ago and I had it at one point but it looks like his link to it was removed and I'm not sure if he still checks the site.  Does anyone have his cover or another one?

Necrobump but posting this encase someone else stumbles across it and needs a cover.  Someone made a UGC sized cover for this a long time ago which I printed out and used.  The link was taken down at some point (didn't have the cover saved) and I wanted to convert this over to a Sega Genesis sized case so I scanned my UGC cover and made it into one.  So, here is a Sega Genesis case sized version of the cover which someone else created (not entirely sure who).
