Title: NES Covers Short list to finish my collection

I'm new to all of this and love this site!! I've searched the forums but havent had much success.... I'm missing these last few covers to finish off my collection of over 100 NES titles.

Rolling Thunder
Dr. Chaos
Commando
Skate or Die 2
California Games
Gotcha!
Destination Earthstar
The Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle

Commando...Commando...hmmm, thought we had this. Didn't I give scans to BadChad a long time ago and he did it? Or did someone else post a finished preview, and I ended up moving the scans to my "already uploaded folder". Can't remember.

I too hav3 strong feeling that I've seen it some where in that stupid Capcom grid look (the one used in Mega Man 1 and Trojan).

Also I have slight feeling of seeing these somewhere:
